World Tourism Day

Today reminds us how Tourism is important for the world economy.

For the first time in the history of world tourism day, the 2020 official celebration will be hosted by a group of countries, the cross border corporation or the MERCOSUR member states (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile).

UNWTO has designated 2020 as the year of Tourism and Rural Development. It’s an opportunity To promote the potential of Tourism To create jobs and opportunities.

Let’s celebrate the unique potential that Tourism plays in providing opportunities in rural areas and also in preserving cultural and natural heritage all around the world.
