The New Year’s excitement is all here! With all the new promises, aspiring goals, and commitments, Happy new year my hunnniiiees … woohoo It’s officially 2020!!! A new decade. I hope you had a lovely NYE . Thanks to all my readers, my subscribers, kisses! it’s the right time to start setting new year’s resolutions. This post is all about preparing for a successful new year.

Here are my new year’s resolutions

Eat healthy Eating healthy is the key to achieving health goals. Healthy eating is making smarter choices and nourishing your body with real food that tastes good and keeps you energized throughout the day, it’s not about eating less . This isn’t a diet, it’s a way of life. It’s being conscious of your health, giving your body the energy it needs, and feeling good about yourself. 

Workout Along with being healthy, i need to workout more often so i don’t get out of shape. I also want to take boxing,zumba, cycling and rumba classes.

Drink more water Water is extremely essential to the human body’s survival. A person can live for about a month without food, but can only survive a week without water. Water helps maintain healthy body weight by increasing metabolism and regulating appetite, it also helps increase energy levels. The most common cause of daytime fatigue is actually mild dehydration.

More effort at the university best grade, always on time, study harder
